Led by DJ MoJo’, a former U.S. Navy Command Fitness Leader and graduate of the National Personal Training Institute, this 30-day challenge is designed for anyone ready to build consistency, confidence, and community.
This reset challenge follows five active days and two rest or recovery days, with a strong focus on daily hydration as the foundation for performance, recovery, and overall health.
